This phase includes two dynamic and revelational course experiences:
(1) The Recode Course and
(2) The Growth Edge Course.
Phase 2 Cost: $495 (CAD)

The Recode is the first course in Phase 2, and the third step of the Evolved Becoming Framework. 

It is a four-week explorational journey that invites you into a profound exploration of meaning, contribution, fulfillment, and personal alignment.

More importantly, here, we identify the edge of growth - the space where greater alignment requires deeper self-awareness, stronger discipline, and a more mature commitment to one’s evolving role and responsibility.

Our core understanding in this step is about recognizing that growth does not happen by default.

It happens when you are willing to evaluate where your capabilities, passions, values, and impact intersect and where gaps remain.

This work is deeply essential for recreation and reinvention. It cannot be understated nor bypassed.

The Growth Edge course is the last course of Phase 2. 

It is a deeply multi-dimensional four-week process that provides the necessary diagnostic depth to examine the internal barriers that often emerge at higher levels of growth.

As you approach greater clarity and alignment, resistance often manifests as fear, self-doubt, avoidance, internal conflict, or competing identities. In this work, you do not avoid the battle; you name it, face it, and learn how to win from within.

This experience then forms the beginning of your developmental threshold - the place where comfort ends and conscious expansion begins.

Here we identify and address those barriers directly, creating a more honest and strategic foundation for advancement.

Phase 3 is where reinvention becomes deliberate, structured, and fully actionable. After the discovery and diagnostic work completed in Phase 2, this stage focuses on designing the next version of the individual with intention.

The outcomes from Phase 2 become the raw material for a new design. Strengths are reassessed in context. Purpose is translated into direction. Barriers are evaluated not simply as obstacles, but as factors that must be accounted for in the reinvention process. This is no longer about identifying what needs to shift. It is about building the strategy for how that shift will happen.

Here, we position reinvention as both a personal and strategic act. It is where vision becomes design, where self-leadership becomes operational, and where alignment becomes the standard for execution.

In this four-week experience, we chart your reinvention. 

The Personal Leadership Plan provides the strategic structure for reinvention. It defines how you will lead yourself at the next level, with greater clarity, discipline, and consistency.

It establishes priorities, decision-making standards, developmental goals, and the behaviours required to support long-term alignment and execution.

Rather than approaching growth in a fragmented way, the Personal Leadership Plan creates a coherent framework for how you will think, act, and lead in this new chapter.

It transforms vision into structure and ambition into accountability. This is where you stop hoping for change and start leading it.

The Alignment Protocol serves as the mechanism for integration. 

It tests whether the envisioned reinvention is truly viable, honest, and sustainable. It is both the North Star and the Guard Rail.

It helps identify where aspiration aligns with capacity, where purpose conflicts with unresolved patterns, and where greater refinement is needed before forward movement can be fully effective.
